All sales are final. No refunds, no returns, no exceptions.

Every Sunday Snug robe is handmade to order. Once production starts on your item, we cannot pause, change, or cancel the order for any reason. Because each piece is custom crafted for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Please note items are not sold as seen online. Items are sold separately. This includes shipping protection, warranties, mystery gifts, and any accessories shown alongside the main product.

By completing checkout you agree to these terms and confirm that you understand no refunds will be issued at any point.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will review it case by case. Damaged product claims do not guarantee a refund but may qualify for a replacement.
